Much higher quality build than most houses in Broken Bow. Nicer amenities and little extras also from plenty of trash bags, soaps, coffee, hot chocolate, spices, TRULY furnished kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils, appliances, etc. great host with awesome communication. We will be back next year!

We rented this house for a girls trip for a relaxing weekend of fun and pickleball. The house was amazing! It is spacious allowing for a large group with accomodations that were clean and comfortable. The house is furnished with all of the necessary items to make our stay there effortless. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pickleball, the firepit and the beautiful and quiet surroundings. We will be back soon!

Outta Pocket provided such an amazing getaway! The Cabin exceeded our expectations. I was so impressed with the cleanliness. We felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. I was also very appreciative of how well stocked the entire cabin was. We brought our teen children and their friends and they had the best time playing pickleball, hanging out in the hot tub, sitting around the fire pit making s'mores, and even enjoyed the board games. This will be the only place we stay for future visits!

This was the perfect getaway for a long weekend to celebrate a very special 50th birthday. The thing that impressed us most in addition to the gorgeous home with so many amenities was the intricate attention to detail in each room. There were chargers provided on every nightstand. We used cozy blankets that were provided in every room. The kitchen was fully stocked making our cooking simple and efficient. There were so many games available to use both indoor and outdoor. Most of our time was spent on more than one pickleball tournament, nightly campfires, an inviting hot tub, and the most beautiful backdrop for a cup of coffee or a wind down glass of wine. The sheets and bedding were superb and the mattresses were incredible ensuring a good night’s sleep. This will absolutely be a place we head back to. It was luxurious on every front and all of us agreed we were leaving desiring a longer stay!

It was perfect place for my pickleball loving friends. We all enjoyed the home, the fire pit, the fabulous court, all of it.

Spent a wonderful weekend enjoying time with family and friends. The house was absolutely perfect! We made good use of the pickleball court and firepit. House was a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Beds were very comfy. Kids had plenty of entertainment options with lots of indoor and outdoor games and the bunk room was perfect. We will definitely be back!

What an absolutely outstanding property! Sitting amongst tall pines, it was a secluded and serene atmosphere. My extended family of 15, ranging from 18 months to 73, stayed here for 3 nights. The warm wood interior is enhanced by the designer decor and results in a supremely comfortable aesthetic. It is a perfect design with oodles of room that allowed my family to all gather together for a meal in the huge kitchen/dining area or outside on the enormous and inviting wrap-around, covered porch. When everyone wanted to do something separately, the upstairs game room with foosball, games table and huge TV drew the kids in. The men gathered around another huge TV on the porch watching football and the US Open. The women worked on an impossible jigsaw puzzle while enjoying some wine and conversation. When darkness fell, the fire pit was perfect for all of us to enjoy some s'mores. EVERYONE loved the pickle ball court! We had a family tournament over the 3 days we were there. Though half of us had never played before, it was sooo much fun! The hot tub was a great way to wrap up the day.The host was super responsive to a couple of questions we had. I really can’t think of anything that would have made it better. We were all reluctant to leave!

Great spacious place to stay! The cabin has plenty of seating for housing a large group- 20 in our group and we never felt crammed. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked (with high quality cooking materials). The pickleball court is a nice touch! Super cleaned and maintained. Rachel, our host, was super attentive and responsive. Easy 5/5

We had a fantastic time spending a long weekend as a family at Outta Pocket. I was initially worried since there were only a few reviews for this property and I wanted to be closer to the lake but once we arrived all of my concerns disappeared. The hosts were extremely communicative leading up to our stay. They provided excellent notes in terms of our arrival and what to expect. The house was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, ceiling fans in virtually every room, steaming hot water regardless of how many showers were being used, amenities galore. Each of the bedrooms were large enough for everyone to spread out. The en suite bathrooms were large as well and everyone loved the showers in each of the rooms. The house is well taken care of and has everything that you need if you're staying with a large group. It seemed as though everywhere you turned there was an available and/or extra place to sleep or a different game to play. The pickleball court was such a great perk and we had so much fun! There are 5 or 6 fans at the court and it's covered so you can enjoy it rain or shine. The fans certainly helped to keep it cool and there is also a bench available to sit and watch inside the court if you don't want to watch from the patio. There is abundant seating in the kitchen as well as the backyard. We would definitely stay here again and certainly plan to!
