The Leatherwood cabin was perfect. When we pulled up, the setting was beautiful and serene. The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful and better than the pictures in the listing. It felt like home the second we arrived. The cabin was in pristine condition. All of the amenities needed for the stay were available. While sitting on the deck, it was so quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome, adorable cottage nestled on a hillside within a dense forest. Perfect getaway for peace, relaxation, and nature!! Had everything I could possibly need in preparing meals for 6 days with the cabin being stocked with the appropriate kitchen utensils, pots, and place settings. This is a keeper!!

If you are looking for a private escape from reality, this is the place for you! This is truly a beautiful peaceful cabin set about 20 mins back in the woods. Amenities were everything we expected and so much. The host were accommodating, helping and friendly. I recommend this Airbnb to any couple looking for some relaxing time together.

This Cabin was exactly what we were looking for! Private, secluded, a place to withdraw to for an extended weekend. The Starlink internet was very good so we could watch whatever we wanted, as well as stay connected to the outside world. The outside yet covered patio was perfect for relaxing or watching TV, the hot tub was great considering the temps were a bit cooler due to passing weather. I will be saving this cabin in my favorites, and HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great place to withdraw and relax! 10/10

"Leatherwood” is located in quiet and forested community in the heart of the Hochatown area, but close to all of the attractions the area has to offer.
Getting around
The Broken Bow/Hochatown area does require the use of a vehicle. While all the roads in the area can be a bit bumpy our cabin is easily accessible & roads are flat. The cabin has a circular gravel drive for parking with plenty of space for pulling a boat or ATV trailer.

Chris & I love being hosts! We host our own 3 properties as well as co-host for others. We personally love to travel & explore nature with our 2 daughters. Our desire as a host is to provide a beautiful, unique, well-maintained property where our guests can relax, enjoy & have so much fun & make so many special memories that they will want to stay with us time after time! We truly love our guests & want to provide them with the best experience!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund.
House Rules
✔ Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
✔ Pets not allowed.
✔ No smoking or vaping inside.
✔ No discharging of fireworks or firearms allowed.
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the cabin based on the reservation.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ If the cabin is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub and swimming pool.
✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM.
✔ We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
✔ Minimum age for booking is 25 years old.

We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our cancellation policy.

WILDLIFE & NATURE:
We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the cabin is in the forested, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
