We had a great time at Luck of the Draw! Great location with plenty to do both locally and onsite. The arcade games were a hit and kept us entertained while providing some opportunities to bond with the kiddos. The home is beautiful and very well kept. We truly felt at home and comfortable. There was nothing wrong with our stay and would book again in a heartbeat. The plug for EV charging was clutch as well given there are few public charging options in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️

Spent Thanksgiving extended stay with family. This was a great space for us tucked away in the Broken Bow hills. We wanted a nice and quiet getaway and that’s what we got. Definitely would stay again.
Very pretty cabin in a new and somewhat remote area. Great bathrooms with one king master upstairs and one downstairs. No stairs at entry! Good hot tub and attentive host!
Overall, I LOVED the cabin as it was perfect for my last-minute trip to Broken Bow, OK. Everything in the cabin was in order and accessible. Our host Jamie was very communicative, and I truly appreciate her patience and understanding. Due to everything being so last-minute and rushed, I overlooked some information on my booking but was quickly resolved. I would definitely be coming back:-)
Cabin is beautiful, every room in the cabin is feature packed, I could’ve spent my whole time here playing the arcade golf game upstairs. Area around is gorgeous, good place to go to disconnect and focus on what’s really important. The hosts over communicated which made everything easy. Fire pit and outside living room with a hot tub took the vacation beyond what I expected, you can go out to explore and come back to extreme comfortability and tranquility, I appreciated this vacation very much!
Without question, the best stay we have had at an AirBnB/VRBO and that says a lot because we have had wonderful experiences elsewhere. Their home was exactly as the pictures depicted. Beautifully furnished and cozy rooms made us feel like we were at at high-end Colorado mountain resort. The outdoor fireplace and hot tub were big hits with us as we like to spend time outside. We stayed during the the winter storm of '26 and it was magical drinking cocktails and soaking in the 'da tub' while it was snowing - just a brochure picture for a ski lodge. Everything worked perfectly and we were not left wanting anything - except to stay longer. Which we did because the roads were so bad it would have been risky to travel home 3.5hrs on ice packed country roads. Thank goodness this wasn't an issue for Jaime or the other hosts as they blocked out the day after our scheduled departure so there would be no pressure to risk making a hazardous trip home! I would give 7 stars if I could!!
This house is absolutely worth every penny! The surrounding area is beautiful and all of the amenities the house includes are super engaging and fun for groups!

Neighborhood highlights
"Luck of the Draw” is located in the new subdivision north of Hochatown. Each cabin in the area is on 1 + acres allowing for plenty of space and privacy between cabins.
Getting around
The Broken Bow/Hochatown area does require the use of a vehicle. While all the roads in the area can be a bit bumpy our cabin is easily accessible & roads are flat. The cabin has a large parking area for 2-3 vehicles and even room for pulling a boat or ATV trailer.
About Your Host
Chris & I love being hosts! We host our own 3 properties as well as co-host for others. We personally love to travel & explore nature with our 2 daughters. Our desire as a host is to provide a beautiful, unique, well-maintained property where our guests can relax, enjoy & have so much fun & make so many special memories that they will want to stay with us time after time! We truly love our guests & want to provide them with the best experience!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund.
House Rules
✔ Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
✔ Pets not allowed.
✔ No smoking or vaping inside.
✔ No discharging of fireworks or firearms allowed.
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the cabin based on the reservation.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ If the cabin is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub and swimming pool.
✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 9 AM.
✔ We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
✔ Guests acknowledge that no refunds will be made for early departures or delayed arrivals. Further, no refunds or schedule changes will be made due to inclement weather.
✔ Minimum age for booking is 25 years old.

We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our cancellation policy.

Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the cabin, its amenities, or the surrounding area.
WILDLIFE & NATURE:
We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the cabin is in the forested, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
