All three bedrooms in this coastal vacation rental are thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and style, each with an HD Smart TV and calming beach-inspired decor.
On the main floor, the primary suite features a plush king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
Upstairs, you’ll find another beautifully appointed king bedroom with its own Smart TV and relaxing atmosphere.
The third bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements, perfect for kids or guests, and easy access to the full bathroom.

"Summers Edge" is located in Park's Edge, a quiet, family friendly community in Orange Beach, Alabama. The community has private deeded beach access a short 5 minute walk away & direct, private access to the Gulf State Park. Residents & guests may also enjoy the beautiful community pool that is located directly in front of the home & has pool seating and restrooms for convenience.
Getting around
Guests can drive into the community on the beautiful brick streets and park in the driveway or just off the street on the gravel in front of the house. "Summers Edge" guests can take advantage of the bikes provided during their stay or enjoy the beautiful walking access provided throughout the community and city of Orange Beach. Unique to the Park's Edge community is the convenient and scenic direct access to the 25+ miles of walking/running/biking trails of the Gulf State Park. Guests can also take advantage of the short 5-minute walk to the private deed beach access or if preferred, there are many drive=able beach access points nearby.

Chris & I love being hosts! We host our own 3 properties as well as co-host for others. We personally love to travel & explore nature with our 2 daughters. Our desire as a host is to provide a beautiful, unique, well-maintained property where our guests can relax, enjoy & have so much fun & make so many special memories that they will want to stay with us time after time! We truly love our guests & want to provide them with the best experience!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund.
House Rules
✔ Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
✔ Pets not allowed.
✔ No smoking or vaping inside.
✔ No discharging of fireworks or firearms allowed.
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the cabin based on the reservation.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ If the cabin is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub and swimming pool.
✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM.
✔ We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
✔ Minimum age for booking is 25 years old.

We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our cancellation policy.

This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the cabin, its amenities, or the surrounding area.
WILDLIFE & NATURE:
We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the cabin is in the forested, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
